Caregiver Job Opening

REQUIREMENT
Minimum 2 years of caregiving experience (preferred). Strong sense of professionalism, reliability, and compassion. Valid Driver’s License REQUIRED. Must have reliable personal transportation to and from shifts. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Must comply with all agency policies and standards of care. Dementia/Alzheimer’s experience a plus. CNA certification a plus.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Offer companionship and emotional support throughout each shift. Assist with meal planning, grocery shopping, and food preparation. Maintain a clean and safe environment, including dishwashing and light housekeeping. Observe and report any changes in the client’s physical, emotional, or mental condition. Keep accurate records of daily activities and care provided. Promote the client’s safety, dignity, and independence as much as possible. Assist with daily living activities as needed (excluding medical care). Maintain open communication with the care coordinator regarding availability and scheduling.
